Hello! I'm Erik Sarno, Program Director here at Central Square BID. I’m responsible for developing, planning, and executing public programming in our neighborhood. From managing the award-winning Starlight Square, to collaborating on events with partners like Cambridge Arts Council, my job is to maintain vibrancy and create cool happenings in the heart of Cambridge’s only Cultural District. I am passionate about arts, culture, and community, and my role at CSBID enables me to pursue opportunities in all three.

Fun facts about me:

• I’m also a music producer, known by many as “Loman.”
  My big break happened after a show at the Middle East, where I met Termanology.
  Since then, I’ve been fortunate to work with some of my favorite artists, and perform my music around the country.

• Before joining the CSBID team, I owned and operated Union Sound, a boutique shop and studio at Bow Market in Somerville.

• I am a certified judge for the Kansas City Barbeque Society.
